ADHD / Attention Concerns
Overview
ADHD and attention-related concerns can affect focus, organization, time management, emotional regulation, school performance, work performance, and relationships. The CDC and NIMH both provide ADHD resources covering symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and support.
How Brighter Path can help
Therapy can help clients build structure, improve planning, manage overwhelm, and address anxiety or self-esteem concerns that often develop alongside attention difficulties. When clinically appropriate, we can coordinate with a psychiatric provider for evaluation and medication management.
