Bipolar Disorder Support
Overview
Bipolar disorder involves shifts in mood, energy, and activity that can affect relationships, work, sleep, and daily life. NIMH describes bipolar disorder as a treatable condition that benefits from ongoing care.
How Brighter Path can help
We provide therapy, support, and referral coordination for clients living with bipolar disorder. Treatment may include skills for mood tracking, sleep stabilization, stress management, and relapse prevention. When medication may be appropriate, clients may be connected with a psychiatric provider or referred for additional evaluation.
