Mood Disorders
Overview
Mood disorders include depression, bipolar-related concerns, irritability, mood instability, and difficulties with emotional regulation. Mood changes can affect relationships, work, sleep, and overall well-being.
How Brighter Path can help
We provide assessment, therapy, support, and referral coordination for mood-related concerns. When medication may be appropriate, clients may be connected with a psychiatric provider or referred for additional evaluation. See also our pages on Depression Therapy and Bipolar Disorder Support.
